Our Policies

RATES: Bed & Breakfast Rooms & Efficiency Cottage Rates are based on a two-person maximum, plus *two-night weekend minimum from Mid-June to Mid-October. The Two Bedroom Cottage Rate is based on a four-adults maximum with a four-night minimum from Mid-June to Mid-September, then a three-night minimum Mid-September to October 1. *Two-Night weekend minimum may be considered as Thursday - Sunday).

DEPOSIT: Pre-payment of the 1st night,or 50% for two or more, is required to confirm your reservation. The payment may be paid by check, but must be received within five days after your reservation is made. Until received, a hold for the 1st night will be placed on Credit Card. Final payment may be made at the time of check-in. We accept VISA / MasterCard / Discover, and of course, Traveler's Cheque. Debit Cards will not be accepted for deposit

CANCELLATIONS: Any cancellation made 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, LESS the first night rental fee per room and/or cottage reserved. Any cancellation received within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit (*1st night B&B and Cottage Rental). *This forfeiture also applies to early departures. All cancellations must be made by speaking with an InnKeeper and receiving Oral or written confirmation of the cancellation. We are not responsible for messages left on voice mail or by e-mail. No Exceptions, Please.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Our Check-In time is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm, or by special arrangement. Our Check-Out time is 11:00 am. A signed credit receipt will be held on file as a security deposit. A removal of items from Room and/or Cottage charge of $50 will be assessed for any room and/or cottage not vacated by 11:15 am. A full day Room and/or Cottage charge will be assessed for any items not removed from the Inn after 1:00 pm, unless special arrangement is made prior to 11:00 am. The Parking area for all vehicles is located on the West Side of the Inn. Motorcycles may be stored in our covered boat-storage. Boats and/or Jet-Ski's may be parked behind the storage building. Unless prior arrangements are made, parties not arriving by 7:00 am the day following reserved date will be considered a no-call no-show, thus your Room/Cottage will be re-rented.

DAMAGE: There will be a minimum $50 administration charge for any missing or damaged items. As we are a Non-Smoking establishment (per State Law), a $200 Cleaning Fine will be accessed to credit card for smoking inside of the Inn (including bedrooms). A $20 charge will be assessed for all un-returned keys. A receipt will be mailed within 2-days of departure.

 

Guest Policies

For our Guests' comfort, due to the Age of our Inn & Cottages, for Safety Reasons, and in Accordance with Ohio State Law #3701-52-02, we are Non-Smoking. An area is provided on BOTH our 1st Floor Front Porch and 2nd Floor Back Porch. Failure to follow this policy will result in a $200 Cleaning Fine charged to Guest's Credit Card. The Inn is appropriate for Couples and Adult Guests Only with a two-person maximum per room, while Cottages are appropriate for Couples, Adult Guests and/or small Families. For Guests staying in the Inn, Fresh Towels are provided daily. Also provided is Coffee, Tea and Juice, served in the parlor beginning at 7:00 am. A Full hot-baked breakfast including fresh fruit & muffins will be served each morning, unless otherwise requested. A full size refridgerator Filled with Ice, Bottled Water, Soda and Juice is also Complimentary. Private access to the Lrk, Breakers Beach. For Guests convenience, Beach Towels & Beach Chairs may be provided. Local Restaurant and Attraction brochures are available at the Inn. Although we Love our pets, none are permitted to vacation here.
